Spook Everyone Out This Halloween!
Halloween is so much fun because of all the costumes and creative disguises. Everyone loves to dress up for Halloween – all you need is a little imagination and some creativity to make a fantastic costume of your own. Maybe you want to dress as your favorite Disney character – or something a bit scarier.
Makeup is also a really important factor to consider. Some of the special effects that can be created with liquid latex can be quite impressive. There are many videos on YouTube, for example, that give very good tutorials on how to achieve the results you want. Take inspiration from these ideas.
If you're looking for DIY Disney costumes, then Lilo is perfect. It's adorable for a mom and daughter combo – and a great excuse to carry a cuddly toy around. You can print off the white leaf pattern and simply stick it to a red tee shirt for this look.
This is a great last-minute one. Just use eyeliner to make the stitches on the face and team it with some denims, a shirt, and a straw hat. You could make this look even scarier by making it into a zombie scarecrow.
Again, another great last-minute look that focuses mainly on the makeup. You can get a green wig either online or at a costume store, or you could simply use colored hair spray to achieve the look.
Super easy costume that you most likely have half of the pieces in your closet already! This costume is great for all sizes of women! It's very comfortable and works for any size.
Here's another great one for a mom-and-daughter combo. Rock polka dots like Minnie Mouse in a cute skirt. It is also a great look for dressing up for the office. You can cut out white circles and use glue to stick them onto a red skirt.
Mario and Luigi
They're probably the most popular game characters ever. Who needs an excuse to wear a tutu ?! You're welcome! The costumes simply require some green and red T-shirts and blue tulle to make the tutus. This is a great one for best friends and brilliant for Mario fans.
Squints and Wendy
A brilliant one for couples from the movie The Sandlot. Sun shades can easily be painted white to accessorize the look. A red vest and red shorts form the base of the costume for the woman.
If you fancy yourself as a psychic, then this is the costume for you. Just don't be surprised if everyone asks you to gaze into your ball for their fortune – but then you can always ask them to cross your palm with money!
Transform into Lara Croft from Tomb Raider with cargo shorts, combat boots, and a tight-fitted tank top.
If Netflix-and-chillin' is your thing, then dress as everyone's favorite snack by purchasing a pair of red striped shorts. You can make popcorn kernels with balled-up white tissue paper painted with yellow paint and attach them using hot glue.
Trick-or-treat as Catwoman, and you will truly be the cat that got the cream. Dress in tight black clothing and a cat mask. Put on some slinky black boots and own your fierceness all night long. Meeeow!
Be the underwater princess of the event with a mermaid costume. Pull this look off by purchasing some shimmery fabric in blue or green to have as the skirt. Add seashells and pearls to really bring it together.
