DIY Baby Shower Decorations for Girls

Are you throwing a baby shower for a friend or family member? If so, you're in luck! I have a bunch of great DIY ideas that won't break the bank. Each craft also has a tutorial video so make sure to watch those if you need more explanation or help with the craft!

Diaper Cake

A diaper cake is such an awesome gift for a girl's baby so let's get started! The first thing we're going to do is roll two diapers; step two is creating our diaper tears.

After getting all your tears together, we are gonna take our elastic band and measure out the bottom tier in order to create a tutu skirt. Now, this is the first time I'm actually creating a tutu skirt for anything, and I had to watch a few tutorials!

DIY Alphabet blocks

So I went to my local dollar store and found some flowers, and then I also conveniently found these wooden boxes.

Now they did come with a drawer on the inside, but I didn't actually need that - I'm just going to use the outside part as well as those styrofoam balls, so you are more than welcome to paint this whatever color you'd like depending on what your theme is of course!

Easy Balloon Wall Tutorial

Who wouldn't love a balloon wall for a baby shower? We're gonna prepare everything here inside; we inflated five bags of balloons in pinks, yellows, greens, blues, and purples!

I built a frame seven by seven feet and use a cream color for the base of my balloons, and I'm gonna add three more wires to the frame. I'm gonna use the fisher line for this also.

Easy Cake Pop Tutorial

The great thing about cake pops is that you can use leftover cake to make them, so I've got some leftover chocolate cake here and some chocolate buttercream, but you can use whatever flavor you like, and you just want to crumble up the cake.

You're gonna end up with a nice big bowl of cake crumbs just like that, and then we're going to start adding buttercream to this!

Baby Shower Gift Basket

Learn how to make this gorgeous baby shower gift that will be full of great gifts for the brand new mama. You can get all the supplies at your local dollar store, and the total project takes less than an hour!

Baby Shower Guest Book

You could make a really cute baby shower guest book with pink hearts so everyone who attends can leave some heart-felt messages for the new mama! This is such a gorgeous keepsake that you'll want to treasure forever!

DIY Nail Polish Party Favors

Start by grabbing your supplies: nail files, nail polish (square bottles work best), ribbon, scissors, and hot glue.

Start by gluing the nail polish to the nail file; the hot glue will peel right off - so don't worry! Next, cut a piece of ribbon about 6 inches long, tie it around the nail polish, and file. Then take scissors and cut a "v" into the ribbon. Voila!

Baby Shower Punch

Learn how to make a gorgeous pink punch for your upcoming baby shower! You can leave it without alcohol or you like or add a few drops of your favorite tipple for a more exotic drink!

I really like the treat hamper idea because my daughter likes hot air balloons. It looks like it will be fairly easy to make. Also I will be making the iced pretzels. We are going to decorate with the dresses on the string too. These are such cute ideas. Thanks!

I loved the "String New Dresses and the Ducky Punch ideas---mostly because they are easy to do. Lol. We're having a baby shower at work in two weeks, so I thought I'd better get some inspiration. Looks like I came to the right place. Fabulous ideas!
